   Terms & Conditions:

  1. All tickets purchased are non-cancellable and non-transferable.
  2. Wristbands, once given to a ticket holder, will not be replaced if lost or tampered with.
  3. Tickets do not grant participation inDreamHack invitational and Pro tournaments.
  4. Ticket holders can only access non-restricted areas.
  5. Certain areas of the festival may have an age limit of 21+.
  6. Entry may require a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR report generated within the last 72 hours.
  7. Entry will be denied if a ticket holder shows a higher-than-normal temperature.
  8. Outside eatables, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside the venue.
  9. Lineups, artists, and games can change without prior notice.
  10. While precautions will be taken against theft, neither the Event Organizer nor the Venue will be liable for the theft of personal belongings.
  11. Ticket holders grant the Event Organizer the right to record and use footage featuring them for promotional purposes across all media channels globally.
  12. These Terms & Conditions can change at the organizer’s discretion.
